How much time will I need to devote to the program and to the website?

The site and the program are gifts that you give to yourself (or to someone you really care about). They are the gift of change, happiness, independence, fulfillment, security, self-esteem - the list goes on. We at the Femonomics Institute devoted many years to developing these materials and creating a process for delivering them to you. How you choose to utilize them will determine how successful you will be at integrating them into your life.
